We have now retired and moved from the village of Kingsley in Hampshire to the Orbavalley in the northern Costa Blanca in Spain. The valley which runs inland from the coastal resorts of Denia and Javea is surrounded by 3000ft mountains, is very green and fertile and famous for its orange trees. 

We have bought a villa on an urbanisation called El Capso, which is on a mound about 500ft above the valley floor with stunning views of mountains all around. The sun sets directly opposite our terrace every evening.
